Shipping costs are based on total order weight, and is calculated at checkout. We use express air service to ship all orders, with tracking information and signature on delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
As these items are custom made to order, with your custom logos, only items with major defects are eligible for return.
This includes:
- Fabric defects such as stains, discolouration, rips or tears
- Sewing defects such as rips or tears along seams
- Print defects such as ink blotching or smudging

This does not include:
- Sizing issues (we recommend to thoroughly check with our size guide so you are clear about the fit).
- Print colour or position issues (these details are confirmed with you prior to shipping your order. Once these are confirmed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind)
- Fabric properties issues (we cannot offer returns or exchanges for any issues regarding fabric weight, hand-feel, elasticity, wash durability)
