Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Once you place your order, we will contact you via email immediately to confirm your custom logo details for print/embroidery, as well as any other customisation you need. Once these details have been confirmed, please allow between 2-3 weeks for your order to be dispatched. 

Please be advised that while we work very hard to dispatch your order in the given timeframe, delays that are beyond our control can occur from time to time. In case of any delays, our team will contact you with an updated timeline.



SHIPPING COST & TIMES

To work out your shipping cost simply add your items to your cart, fill out your shipping address, and preferred shipping method. Cost will vary depending on your order total and the shipping location.

Estimated shipping times are: 5-7 business days worldwide

TRACKING.

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

As these items are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns on any items under any circumstances. We can only offer partial or full refunds for your order. Your order is only eligible for a refund if the products you received are defective. 

This includes:
- Fabric defects such as stains, discolouration, rips or tears
- Sewing defects such as rips or tears along seams
- Print defects such as ink blotching or smudging

This does not include:
- Sizing issues (we recommend to thoroughly check with our size guide so you are clear about the fit).
- Print colour or position issues (these details are confirmed with you prior to shipping your order. Once these are confirmed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind)
- Fabric properties issues (we cannot offer returns or exchanges for any issues regarding fabric weight, hand-feel, elasticity, wash durability)

Whether you order 1 piece, or 1000 pieces, our dedicated quality assurance team checks each item in your order individually before shipping it out to you. Before shipping it out, we will send you pictures of your products so you can rest assured that what you ordered is what you will receive.
